Dru yoga is the form of practice offered here at Yoga Alive. It has it’s foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition and is a flowing, graceful style which focuses on the continuous flow of movement and breath. It is designed to be practiced by people of all abilities, all fitness levels and all age groups.



Dru yoga works by improving strength and flexibility, enhancing core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity and deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being. Gentle stretches, flowing movements and deep relaxation help strengthen the body, calm the mind and ease stress and tension away
